This part of the village is called Gantschier.  The border between the communities of Schruns and Bartholomaeberg is right in the middle.  You can see Mount Zimba again from here on your right.  The Rellstal runs under Mount Zimba to Vandans.  Behind it are the Luenersee or Lake Luener and the Brandnertal.  Turn right and go along the main street for about 50 meters and then turn left towards the train station.  On the way we will pass the Ill power plant settlement which used to house the workers of the Vorarlberg Ill power plant.  Please be careful at the intersection and the railway crossing.
