Scheibenkopf

In the old days the tradition of “Scheibenschlagen” or cutting rounds of wood was carried out on the Scheibenkopf which is an old stone quarry, by the young village boys. This tradition has a direct connection to bon fire night. Both of them are old Montafon traditions and are still practiced today.
