Torlas Sawmill

by Theresa König last modified 2007-02-16 15:00

The water from the Gampadel Brook was fed to the millrace, where it ran Torlas Mill, the Bohnerlis Mill and the Muelliwiebers Mill. A sawmill and a smith also knew how to use the water from the brook. The millrace can’t be seen today as it was filled with clearing material to make farming easier. When walking back to the town, please stay on the Gampael and Rafasei Brook screes.
