The Healing Power of Water


Sebastian Kneipp recognized the healing power of water in the 19th century and propagated it successfully.  There is a paddling pool and a dipping tub for healthy Kneipp courses in the municipal park.  Walk through the pool with bare legs like a stork!  Lift your leg completely out of the water with every step.  Afterwards stripe the water off with your hands and walk around to warm them up again.  You can do the same thing with your arms in the tub.  A vibrant reddening of the calves and elbows signals that your vascular system is working well.  If you have done it right, you should be able to sleep better in the evening.  If done regularly, it will strengthen the immune system and stabilize the heart and circulatory system.
